When will I receive my order?

You will find the expected shipment date when placing your order. This same delivery time will also be confirmed in your order confirmation. Rest assured, the shipping day won’t differ between the website and confirmation.

I see a longer delivery time now. Can I cancel it?

If your order has a longer delivery time than initially shown, you can contact our customer service to cancel all or part of it. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within two working days. Please note, once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

We don’t automatically send invoices after payment. If you’d like one, you have two options. You can either access it through your account on our store, where you can view and download your invoice.

The purchase amount will be reimbursed to your bank account within two working days. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
