Return and Refund Policy – Manira Corporation

Overview:

At Manira Corporation, our return and refund policy extends for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer you a complete refund or an exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We are also unable to accept products classified as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: health and personal care, clothing items, etc.

To process your return with Manira Corporation, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your Manira Corporation purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are specific instances where only partial refunds may be granted:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, Manira Corporation will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund with Manira Corporation will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, kindly recheck your bank account.

Then, get in touch with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Subsequently, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items purchased with Manira Corporation may be eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Manira Corporation only replaces items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {Manira Corporation email address} and mail your item to: {Manira Corporation physical address}.

If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased with Manira Corporation, or the gift provider had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift provider and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your Manira Corporation product, please mail it to: {Manira Corporation physical address}.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item purchased from Manira Corporation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returning higher-value items with Manira Corporation, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
